Senior Drilling Supervisor
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Drilling Supervisor to oversee field drilling operations across our Southern Oman projects.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of drilling programs, leading multidisciplinary crews, and upholding our zero-harm safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily drilling operations and rig crews
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
- IWCF/IADC certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
